so this post will just feature photos of jon and his celebrity look-alike according to the myheritage celebrity face recognition site:

first up at a 72% resemblance is film actor, director and oscar nominated producer sean astin, born in 1971. you may recognize him as the face of mikey in 1985's the goonies and most recently, the character of samwise gamgee in peter jackson's the lord of the rings movie. hmm ... creepy.

next up at a 70% resemblance is ian somerhalder. born december 8, 1978, ian is an american actor, model, and producer. he is of french, english, and native american descent - yep, sounds like jon to me. before jumping into his acting career, somerhalder was a model for guess? jeans. you can currently watch ian in episodes of "lost."

and in third place (prepare yourselves), it's ronald reagan himself. born in 1911, ronald "the great communicator" reagan was a sports broadcaster, a lifeguard, a newspaper columnist, motion picture actor, head of the screen actors guild, television actor, and a motivational speaker, not to mention 40th president of the united states from 1981-1989. he was also the only U.S. president to be struck by an assassin's bullet while in office as president and survive.

surprisingly enough, jon's resemblance at 62% with ronald reagan is also matched by two other celebrities: kate hudson and brad pitt. interesting. i guess when you're that hot, you're able to transcend gender.
